  • Personalized greeting cards may require additional processing time depending on customization

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.


2. Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping (No Tracking)

We offer free shipping on most orders using Canada Post lettermail to keep costs low for our customers.

This option:

  • Does not include tracking

  • Does not guarantee delivery dates

  • Is suitable for non-urgent orders

By selecting free shipping, you acknowledge that delivery timelines may vary and tracking is not available.


Tracked / Expedited Shipping (Recommended)

For customers who prefer added security, we offer tracked shipping options at checkout.

This option includes:

  • A tracking number

  • More reliable and traceable delivery

  • Support in case of delays or lost packages

We strongly recommend this option for time-sensitive or important orders.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method:

  • Canada (Free Shipping): 5–10 business days (estimated)

  • Canada (Tracked Shipping): 2–7 business days (estimated)

Please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays.


4. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Aarna Kraft is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed packages shipped without tracking

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.


5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us:

  • It must be unopened and marked as “Return to Sender” by Canada Post

  • Return postage is included for lettermail shipments

Once we receive the returned package:

  • We can reship the order upon request

  • Additional shipping charges may apply


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Tracked Orders: We will assist in locating or resolving delivery issues

  • Untracked Orders: We cannot guarantee delivery or offer replacements for lost mail


7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure

  • Reshipping may require additional charges
