Return & Refund Policy – Aarna Kraft

At Aarna Kraft, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.

  • Once production has begun (especially for personalized items), the order cannot be cancelled.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

This is because:

  • Vinyl decals / stickers are single-use items

  • Personalized greeting cards are custom-made and cannot be resold

Please ensure all details (size, design, spelling, and address) are correct before placing your order.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made greeting cards

  • Custom-sized vinyl decals / stickers

  • Used or applied decals / stickers

  • Sale items and gift cards


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aarnakraft@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


5. Shipping Policy & Responsibility

Free Shipping (No Tracking)

Most orders are shipped using standard Canada Post lettermail to keep costs low. This service:

  • Does not include tracking

  • Does not include delivery guarantees

By selecting free shipping, you acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost mail, or delivery issues once shipped

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for untracked shipments


Important – Undelivered or Returned Mail

If a package shipped via free delivery is:

  • Undeliverable, or

  • Returned to sender (Aarna Kraft)

It may be sent back to us by Canada Post, provided that:

  • The package is not opened, and

  • It is marked as “Return to Sender”

Once we receive the returned package:

  • We can reship the order upon request

  • The customer may be required to pay reshipping costs


Tracked / Expedited Shipping (Recommended)

We offer tracked shipping options at checkout for customers who prefer additional security.

With tracked shipping:

  • You receive a tracking number

  • Delivery is more reliable and traceable

  • Lost packages can be investigated

We strongly recommend this option for time-sensitive or important orders.


6. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Orders with tracked shipping: We will assist in resolving delivery issues

  • Orders with free (untracked) shipping: Delivery cannot be guaranteed, and replacements are not assured


7. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Approved damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Package not received by the customer and came back as return mail

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing


8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved (in rare cases):

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • However, orders shipped via free delivery (Canada Post lettermail) may be returned only if the package is unopened and marked as “Return to Sender.”

Since return postage is included with lettermail:

  • The package can be sent back through Canada Post at no additional cost, provided it remains unopened

  • Opened packages are not eligible for return via this method
