Aarna Kraft provides vinyl decals, stickers, and personalized greeting cards designed for both personal and gifting purposes. By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service.

2. Product Quality & Expectations

We are committed to delivering high-quality products made with premium materials.

  • Our vinyl decals / stickers are made using high-quality vinyl designed for durability and long-lasting performance

  • Outdoor durability may vary depending on surface, environment, and application

  • Customers are responsible for proper application and surface preparation

We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate; however, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur.

3. Personalized & Custom Orders

Many of our products, especially greeting cards, are personalized and made to order.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All submitted details (names, dates, messages, addresses) are accurate and final

  • We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer

  • Personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or resold once production has started

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started

  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline any cancellation request

5. Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping (No Tracking)

Most orders are shipped using standard Canada Post lettermail to keep costs low.

By selecting free shipping, you acknowledge that:

  • No tracking number is provided

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed

  • Aarna Kraft is not responsible for delays, lost mail, or delivery issues once shipped

Tracked Shipping (Recommended)

Tracked shipping options are available at checkout for customers who prefer:

  • Delivery tracking

  • Greater security

  • Assistance with lost or delayed shipments

Returned Mail (Unopened Only)

If a package is:

  • Undeliverable, or

  • Returned to sender

It may be returned via Canada Post only if:

  • The package is unopened, and

  • It is marked “Return to Sender”

Once received, we may offer reshipping, and additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

  • We do not accept general returns or exchanges

  • Vinyl decals / stickers are single-use items

  • Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable

Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aarna Kraft is not liable for:

  • Incorrect information submitted by customers

  • Application errors or improper use of products

  • Delivery delays or lost packages (especially for untracked shipping)

  • Minor variations in product appearance

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of Aarna Kraft and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
